All cigars are shipped at ideal humidity and temperature levels. However, environmental changes during transportation can affect their condition. We recommend that, upon receiving your cigars, you allow them to rest in a conditioned humidor for 5–7 days. This helps them regain proper humidity and temperature for the best smoking experience.
U.S. Domestic Orders
•In-stock products typically ship within 3 business days.
• All shipments are sent via USPS.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once the order ships.
• MSP Cigars is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or customs agencies.
International Orders
• In-stock products typically ship within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping is available via USPS or DHL, based on best rate and availability.
• Tracking numbers will be provided.
• Customers are responsible for verifying that importing cigars is legal in their country.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• MSP Cigars is not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures by customs or local authorities.
• We do not ship to countries or regions subject to U.S. sanctions or import restrictions.
Lost Packages
• If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, if appropriate, issue a reshipment or refund.
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
